Shoulder holder
The support cover is the key supporting part of the friction heat generation of the static shaft shoulder process. It is used to fix the shaft shoulder, keep the shaft shoulder from rotating, and apply pressure on the shaft shoulder through the support cover, and drive the shaft shoulder to slide on the workpiece surface, so as to form a dense weld under the forging and pressing of the plasticized material. According to the product support structure, the support cover can be customized according to the product cavity structure, by lengthening the support cover (with the corresponding lengthening tool handle) to achieve the use of the static shoulder process.
