As a high-end and classical FSW machine, Moving Gantry is developed based on high-end CNC machine center manufacturing concept. This machine is equipped with five motion axes with four synchronized ones to accomplish plane curve FSW function. Additional function module such as remote cloud services, data tracking, FSW tool life evaluation, cellphone/pad client-side data sharing and pressure/positioning control is possessed to provide real-time and intimate technical support and service.

It is mainly used in the welding of die-cast aluminum alloy motors and electronic control shells of "three electric" parts of new energy vehicles, and is also suitable for the welding of energy storage boxes of small specifications. Based on the size of the parts, the double station layout of most of the shell parts can be realized, which greatly improves the efficiency of the equipment.
